WHAT WE DO
We curate a fully furnished picnic for you and your party in a location chosen by the Elevated Picnics team in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Booking an appointment is based on party size for parties of 2-6. Additional add-ons available. If you have a larger party size, email us at elevatedpicnics@gmail.com detailing the size and type of event.
BOOKING PROCESS
After booking based on party size and choosing your additional add-ons, feel free to include any specific details you’d like us to know about your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE; if you choose to select from the Elevated Menu, the add-on payment for ‘Elevated Menu’ must be selected.
After finalizing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The confirmation email includes direct location of the picnic, date and time as well as methods of contact if you have any additional questions.
TIMING
All picnics have a 2-hour duration. Picnics cannot be extended beyond the allotted time due to the accommodating of everyone’s reservation. We want to ensure everyone is able to enjoy their beautiful Elevated Experience.
ARRIVAL
All you have to do is show up! Our clients do not need to bring anything. At the end of the 2-hour duration, you simply walk away and we handle the rest.
WEATHER FAQ’s
We are an outdoor experience that takes all of the steps to protect our guest against weather conditions. We offer a fully-covered tent picnic with adjustable height and water proof walls, even an igloo picnic to fight against high winds and colder weather. Atlanta weather is highly unpredictable so we do allow reservations to reschedule their picnic for any available date & time prior to or day of incase of inclement weather (based on calendar availability). If you miss the opportunity to have your event (due to inclement weather) we do allow a full refund of your purchase. We will reach out to our clients if the weather seems questionable, however, we urge our guests to do the same so we can plan accordingly.
REFUNDS
If you’d like to have your picnic refunded for reasons NOT due to inclement weather, clients are refunded 90% of their reservation.
10% will be held for transactional fees.
